399b Terms & Conditions

This document forms a binding agreement between 399b (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "the Company") and the user (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "player"). By registering on the Platform or playing games, you are considered to have agreed to all of these terms.

General Provisions & Definitions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, games, promotions, and transactions on the 399b platform. The following definitions are used throughout this document:

• "Platform" refers to the 399b website, mobile application, and any associated services.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any person registered on the Platform and using its services.
• "Account" refers to the player's personal registered account through which Platform services are accessed.

Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Limit & Eligibility

To open an account and use services on the 399b platform, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a legally capable individual with the right to enter into contracts in your own name.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is completely prohibited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person will be considered a violation of these terms and all accounts may be cancelled.

2.3 Registration Information

At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

399b reserves the right to verify a player's identity at any time. The following documents may be requested for verification:

• Copy of National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• Proof of validity of mobile banking account
• Bank statement or confirmation of payment method

Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is completed.

Account Security & Responsibility

The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. You must ensure:

• Your password is complex and difficult to guess.
• You do not share your login credentials with anyone else.
• Always log out after logging in from a public or shared device.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

399b will not be held responsible for any transactions resulting from unauthorized access, unless it is proven that the breach occurred due to a security flaw in the Platform itself.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

Funds can be deposited on the 399b platform through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Sonali Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
• The deposit process is generally instant, however slight delays may occur with bank transfers.
• The deposited funds must match the name of the account from which they were sent.
• Depositing funds using a third-party payment account is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the payment account from which the deposit was made.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is completed.
• The portion of bonus funds is not withdrawable until the wagering requirement has been met.

4.3 Transaction Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currency are not accepted.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at 399b, you will receive a 120% welcome bonus, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

• If you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,200.
• If you deposit ৳18,000, you will receive a maximum bonus of ৳10,000 and your total balance will be ৳28,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x (on the bonus amount). This means it is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the original deposit.

Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳24,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Terms for Bonus Use

• Each promotion will have its own terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated on the promotions page.
• Of the bets placed using bonus funds, only participation in specified games will count toward meeting the wagering requirement.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another player.
• A promotion cannot be claimed more than once, unless otherwise stated in the terms.
• 399b reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion without notice.

Games & Betting Rules

6.1 Game Operation

All games available on the 399b platform are operated by third-party game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, and others. Game results are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and 399b does not control game outcomes.

6.2 Betting Rules

• It is not possible to change or cancel a bet while a game round is in progress.
• If a game round is left incomplete due to a technical issue, 399b will review it and resolve it fairly.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed in the interface of each game.
• In sports betting, odds are subject to change and the odds at the time the bet is placed will be considered final.

6.3 Technical Errors

If an error caused by a software or hardware issue results in an incorrect payout being displayed, 399b reserves the right to cancel that transaction and recover the correct amount.

Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

399b is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

7.1 Fraudulent Activities

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Registering using another person's identity.
• Using software or bots to place bets automatically.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities or bugs in the game system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.

7.2 Collusion

If multiple players attempt to influence game outcomes in a coordinated, premeditated manner, it will be treated as collusion and all associated accounts will be closed.

7.3 Platform Security Breach

Attempting to bypass the platform's security measures through hacking, phishing, or any other means is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action.

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Account Closure by 399b

399b reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Direction from legal or regulatory authorities.
• At the player's own request (self-exclusion).

8.2 Return of Funds

If an account is closed and the player has not violated the Terms and Conditions, any remaining real funds (excluding bonus funds) will be returned. In cases of fraud or breach of terms, all funds may be forfeited.

8.3 Account Closure by the Player

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. A self-exclusion option is also available as part of responsible gaming.
